Good. We've missed the playoffs 2 years in a row. Time for a change. And please DC, draft defenders.!!! Also, we need to drop a couple of tournaments next year. The team has been taxed by too many games. They need more rest.

DC needs to build from the back out. We've been real sucky at goalie and defense for the last 5 years. Most of the championship teams had a real solid back line.

That should be the case in the coming season unless we make a really deep run in US Open Cup - we won't be in Champions League or SuperLiga. Also, like the rest of MLS, we'll benefit from the league going into full shutdown during the World Cup (I don't think any of our players made it to the 2010 Group of 32 - the MLS teams that do have players on the USMNT or some other Group of 32 team may have a bit to worry about).

Curt Onalfo. He won a championship with the team during the dynasty years, and he's got some experience as a head coach in Kansas City, though he was fired there after a bit.

As a season ticket holder I'm glad to see Soehn gone but we'll have to see what other players we bring in before I get too excited.

Meh Onalfo was not a key player in those years though.

Anyways, I do like the Cristian Castillo signing (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOufSvOfKsY) but I agree to reserve judgement for the rest of the signings.

Looks like Emilio is gone but Fred is gonna stay, according to the Post.

Thoughts? I wish they'd both gone. Fred is very nice IRL but not contributing much. Emilio has not aged well.
